  • Job Description:
    • To lead functions assigned in the service, repair and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components, parts, and accessories.
    • Leads and supervises those assigned to the crew during all the following assigned job functions and masterfully performs as an FAA certified Mechanic.
    • Ensures that all work performed complies with applicable technical data, FAA regulations and Company policies and procedures
    • Tracks time spent on each work order and ensures the time is logged correctly and within the budgets assigned.
    • Ensures that all aircraft parts/components removed from an aircraft in work, are documented, tagged, and protected.
    • Signs and ensures that crew members sign and document aircraft maintenance on appropriate work cards or forms when work is completed or turned into the booth for turnover per Company policies and procedures.
    Job Requirements:
    • Must have valid A&P license
    • Must have driver's license
    • Must pass FAA DOT drug screen and background check

  • Job Description:
    • A&P Mechanic needed to work on Embraer and Challenger aircraft.
    • Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft and related systems.
    • This shall include, but not be limited to items such as removal and installation of panels and components, repair work and sheet metal repair or installation.
    • Troubleshooting and evaluation of systems on the aircraft when designated.
    • Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated.

    Will be primarily working on A-320 and A-330 aircraft 
    WORKING CONDITIONS:
    Physical Demands:
    Requires sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time. Requires frequent bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, balancing and reaching above shoulder level. Requires occasional crawling, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling weight up to or over 75 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
    Equipment Operated:
    Aircraft ground servicing equipment including tugs, tractors, hi-lifts, trucks, servicing carts and test equipment, hand tools, rivet guns, drills.
    Work Location:  
    Aircraft maintenance hangar, flight line.
    Potential Hazards:
    Exposure to high intensity noise levels, extreme changes in temperature, materials identified on Material Safety Data Sheets, working at heights or around moving machinery; aircraft fuel tank entry.
    Protective Equipment Required:
    Goggles, safety glasses, face shields, ear protection, aprons, and gloves, safety harnesses, breathing equipment.

    • Perform general to complex maintenance task on assigned aircraft and related systems. This shall include, but not limited to items such as removal and installation of panels and components, repair work, and sheet metal repair or installation.
    • Examines, disassembles and inspects engines, parts or other components for wear, warping, breaks, leaks or other non-conformities or deficiencies.
    • Assembles and installs electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.
    • Services and maintains aircraft systems by performing tasks, including, but not limited to flushing crankcase, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
    • Repairs, replaces, and rebuilds aircraft structures, functional components, and parts, such as wings and fuselage, rigging, and hydraulic units.
    • Tests engine and system operations, using testing equipment, and listens to engine sounds to detect and diagnose malfunctions.
    • Removes engine from aircraft or installs engine, using hoist or forklift truck.
